UHS Remodeling was founded in 2014 with a straightforward belief: do things right, skip the shortcuts, and give every client a renovation that will last them the next 20 years. We started in Plano, Texas, working on kitchens and bathrooms for homeowners who were tired of contractors who overpromised and underdelivered.

3. Detailed Proposal: You receive an itemized quote with every line item priced. No hidden fees, no vague allowances. The price we quote is the price you pay.
4. Permitting: We pull all required city permits and coordinate inspections. You never have to visit city hall or manage paperwork.
5. Demolition & Construction: We protect your home, remove existing materials, and complete all structural, plumbing, and electrical work.
6. Installation & Finishing: Cabinets, countertops, tile, fixtures, appliances, and trim. We handle every trade—you deal with one point of contact.
7. Final Walkthrough: We walk every inch of the project with you, address any punch-list items on the spot, and hand over all warranty documentation.
8. Post-Project Support: Our warranty covers workmanship. If something is not right after move-in, we come back and fix it.
