Design usually begins within two to three weeks of signing. Construction start depends on the scope and on long-lead materials — typically six to ten weeks after that.
Single bathrooms and showers, yes — those run $8,000 to $60,000 depending on scope, and a straightforward tub-to-shower conversion sits at the bottom of that range. Below roughly $8,000 we are usually not the right value for you, and we will say so on the phone rather than after a visit.
