All remodeling services are governed by a separate written contract between UHS Remodeling and the client. The contract specifies:

Total fixed price and payment schedule
Warranty terms and dispute resolution procedures

Workmanship Warranty All UHS Remodeling projects carry a written 1-year workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on materials (cabinets, fixtures, appliances, etc.) apply separately and typically run 5-25 years.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website – including text, graphics, photographs, project portfolios, design concepts, logos, and trademarks – is the property of UHS Remodeling LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. Copyright and trademark laws.
