• Freestanding soaking tub as the centerpiece. Positioned to get natural light from the window, with a floor-mounted filler.
• Double vanity with quartz counters. Custom cabinetry with plenty of drawer storage, undermount sinks, and modern matte-black fixtures.
• Porcelain tile flooring with radiant heat. One of our favorite upgrades — warm floors under bare feet on cold mornings.
• Lighting designed for the space. Dimmable vanity lights, recessed ceiling cans, and a statement pendant over the tub — all on separate switches.
