How long does a kitchen remodel take in Plano?

Will my kitchen be unusable during the remodel?

Yes, generally for 4 to 6 weeks of the build. We set up a temporary kitchen station with your microwave, coffee maker, and a portable cooktop in a designated area before demolition begins.
Can I keep my existing cabinets?

We can if they’re in good structural condition. Cabinet refacing — new doors, drawer fronts, paint or wood-veneer — costs 30-40% less than full replacement and gives a fresh look. Most full kitchen remodels still replace because layout changes make sense.
Do you handle the appliances or do I buy them?

Either way works. We can supply ENERGY STAR appliances at our wholesale pricing, or you buy direct and we install. We coordinate with your appliance dealer on dimensions before cabinets are ordered.
What’s included in your fixed price?

Design, cabinets, countertops, plumbing, electrical, lighting, paint, backsplash tile, hardware, appliance installation, permits, debris removal, and final cleaning. No allowances — your quote is the price.
Do you pull permits or do I?

We pull every permit. Homeowner-pulled permits are a red flag and we will not work that way.
What kind of warranty do you offer?

3-year workmanship warranty on all installation work. Manufacturer warranties on appliances and fixtures pass through directly to you.
How is your pricing structured?

Fixed price after design is locked. No hourly billing, no allowances, no surprise change orders unless YOU change scope — and every change order is signed by you before work begins.
